Your investment is protected with expert design assistance, NFI-certified customer service, professional installation and factory-trained product service and maintenance.

Have a gas fireplace that needs a tune-up or an overhaul? Our technical dept. can help with factory-authorized warranty service, parts and factory-trained technicians.

Need a gas grill installed or fixed? We can help you get back to grilling with professional gas grill technicians – we're actually the authorized service center for Weber, Fire Magic, LYNX grills and others.

Even if you didn't get it from us (which makes us sad, but we'll get over it), we've got the expertise to help you out.

We would be remiss if we neglected to share with you our appreciation of the exceptional service we were recently provided by both you and your company.
We moved into our home in October, 2005. In April, 2006 we were alerted to a potential problem with our gas fireplace insert. Our builder, [name withheld], suggested that we contact your company for assistance but that we wait for the onset of cooler weather before requesting service. We made that call in October.
Despite the expiration of the warranty period (of which we were blissfully unaware), you staff was very accommodating to us, scheduling a serviceman within an unexpectedly short period of time. Olen, your representative, proved not only to be extremely personable - an important but often overlooked aspect of customer service! - but was obviously skilled in his chosen profession. He patiently answered all of our questions, shared his expertise in operation of the fireplace, and discussed his views on the problems we were experiencing, all in a very professional manner.
Furthermore, he went far beyond our expectation by discussing our options with regard to our vented unit and unhesitatingly worked with his associates on our behalf to obtain a replacement ventless insert, which will better serve our needs. We couldn't be happier!

   Due to the recent actions of you and your company I feel compelled to express my feelings in writing. I have dealt with many companies and suppliers over the years and I can honestly say that my experience with you rest at the top of the list.
   When I first began my outdoor kitchen project over three years ago, we had several hurdles to overcome with the Homeowners Association and it was only through your assistance that I was able to accomplish this. We have since had many hours of enjoyment from the use of this facility.
   Last summer I had an ignition switch go bad and noticed that the handles on the equipment had become pitted. You stopped by and looked at the project and saw the missing ignition switch and the pitted handles.
